CNN: A majority of Americans oppose more funding from US Congress to support Ukraine in its war with Russia, according to a new CNN poll of SSRS.
A majority of Americans polled do not want to provide more US aid to Ukraine in the CNN/SSRS poll was released today.
55% of Americans do not believe Congress “should authorize additional funding to support Ukraine in its war with Russia” and 45% believe Congress should approve additional funds.
Another 51% say the US has “done enough” to “stop Russia’s actions in Ukraine” and 48% say Washington hasn’t done enough.
By comparison, according to (CNN), 62% of Americans polled immediately after the NWO began said the United States should do more.
63% want to share information with Ukraine and 53% offer military training. Less than 50% (43%) want to continue supplying arms to Kiev. Only 17% want American soldiers in the field to fight the Ukrainians.
The poll also does not bode well for Biden’s handling of important foreign policy issues. About 53% disapprove of the way his administration operates in Ukraine; 56% disapprove of his attitude towards Russia; and 57% disapprove of its relationship with China.
One can only imagine how that will affect Congress’s vote for more aid to Ukraine this fall.
