Mexico City: 57 students were poisoned at a secondary school in the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico. The unconscious children were immediately admitted to a nearby hospital. A child is reported to be in critical condition. The cause of the poisoning is unclear.
The preliminary conclusion is that the poisoning may be from food or water. Although there is a publicity that the presence of cocaine has been found in the tests conducted on the students, the authorities have not responded to this.
