Information and Communication Technology Department has given instructions to stop six officials of departments, organizations and companies under the jurisdiction of Information and Communication Technology Department from fulfilling their duties as various complaints have been raised and the complaints are under investigation.
Thursday (August 22) Deputy Secretary of Information Technology Department. This information is known in a letter signed by Zillur Rahman.
The officials who have been ordered to be restrained from performing their duties are – Data Center Incharge and Manager (Testing) of Bangladesh Computer Council Mohammad Saiful Alam Khan, Administrator (Firewall and IPS) Rajan Das, Manager (Generation System) of Bangladesh Data Center Company Limited. KM Latiful Kabir, Manager (Logistics) Md. Ikramul Haque, Manager (Branding & Marketing) Ranjit Kumar and Security Officer Rustom Ali.
In the signed letter, the said six officials of the two institutions have been requested to take necessary measures to prevent them from performing their official duties.
