All attempts to rescue a 6-year-old boy who fell into a manhole last Tuesday in Afghanistan have failed.

A recently dug well in the village of Shokak in Afghanistan’s Jabul province has been left unsealed. A 6-year-old boy who was playing near this deep well last Tuesday unexpectedly slipped into the well.
The boy was trapped at a depth of 10 meters in a 25 meter deep borehole. Following this, the neighbors tied the rope and tried to rescue the boy. Their attempt was in vain and the situation there worsened.
It was followed by the JCP. The included machinery was called in and rescue operations were expedited. But the rescue squad was not able to reach the boy.
At the same time to make sure the boy was conscious, his father was like giving a speech to the boy. The boy was also talking to his father. But there has been no response from the boy since yesterday morning.
The boy was rescued from a deep well yesterday afternoon after a four-day struggle. The helicopter was ready to take the boy to a hospital in Kabul.
But after recovering from the deep well, the doctors who examined him said the boy was already dead. Thus the rescue team’s 4 day struggle ended in defeat.
