6 years after his death: George Michael’s latest film hits theaters

Six and a half years after the sudden death of George Michael, his latest work will soon hit the big screen. The film ‘GEORGE MICHÆL FREEDOM UNCUT’ will hit the cinemas of Yes Planet and “Rav-Chen Dizengoff” next week, and will include excerpts from the voice of the beloved singer who worked on the piece until his death.

In addition, the film includes archive footage, rehearsals, behind the scenes and performances by the pop artist that were never broadcast. This documentary is considered his latest work. Throughout the film, Michael openly and honestly reveals both sides of his life: his very public music career and his private life that the cameras have never really seen.

The film delves into the turbulent period of his life, during and after the creation of his album “Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1 ”in 1990. At this key time in his life, Michael was strong enough to fight for his art and his freedom and thus also paved the way for many others. The screening will take place next week, on June 22.
