China: about 60 thousand corona patients died this month

Senior officials in China reported on Saturday about 60,000 Chinese who have died from Corona since December 8. Of these, 5,503 were caused by mental dysfunction due to infections caused by corona and 54,435 by a combination of other diseases and corona.
In the report, only the cases of patients who died in the hospital and not in their homes were counted. The average age of the deceased was 80.3 years. The officials also said that “the peak of the current outbreak wave has passed.”
At the beginning of December, the Chinese regime announced significant easing of the Corona restrictions following a protest in which demonstrators demanded that the regime stop its strict policy that included closures and severe movement restrictions. As part of the reliefs, the closures were reduced dramatically, and restrictions on movement between the country’s districts were removed.
