Jeddah: The number of new patients in Saudi Arabia has increased slightly today. Newly registered 653 Kovid cases and 1,081 cures. This brings the total number of Kovid cases reported in the country so far to 7,45,027 and the number of cases to 7,23,549.
Both deaths were newly reported. This brings the total death toll in the country to 8,998. Currently, 12,480 people are being treated for the disease. Of these, 601 are in critical condition. They have been admitted to the intensive care units of various hospitals across the country. In Saudi Arabia, the current Kovid release rate is 96.87 percent and the death rate is 1.21 percent.
Newly reported cases in major cities of the country: Riyadh 183, Jeddah 58, Dammam 37, Madinah 27, Abha 24, Makkah 23, Ta’if 20, Hufuf 20.
So far 6,08,86,310 doses of Kovid vaccine have been distributed in Saudi Arabia. Of these, 2,59,51,353 were the first dose, 2,41,86,369 the second dose and 1,07,48,588 the booster dose.
