At the age of 67, he faced unexpected challenges that alternative medicine helped to solve. Today, having already forgotten his ailments, Mr. Jonas shares his practical experience of wellness.
“In my youth, I had to do a lot of sports, but as circumstances changed, and with age and lifestyle, the scale of daily rhythm and training, gradually gaining more and more momentum, began to go down.
After 14-16 hours of carving wood sculptures every day, my body slowly stagnated due to the lack of physical exertion. I ate only when I felt hungry, and that was mostly semi-finished products, so that I could fill my stomach faster and get back to my favorite work.
To make up for lost time and improve my physical shape, I began to do field work: planting trees, rolling stones, and mowing the ever-growing grass with tireless enthusiasm. When working physically, I even lost track of time and didn’t want to eat at all. While “training” in this way, I finally started to feel a constant swelling in the stomach area, which was getting stronger,” says Mr. Jonas Raiskas from Birštonas.
As the ailments persisted, he turned to the laboratory for tests – it turned out that the health problems were caused by the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria that “settled” in the stomach and caused the infection.
Antibiotics were prescribed for treatment, but while taking them, Mr. Jonas did not reduce physical exertion. A few weeks later, he felt pain in his lower back, and at first he thought it might be a reoccurrence of an old back injury.
“The pain did not stop, so I went to the doctor, who ordered tests. After them, it turned out that kidney inflammation had developed in the body. I was again prescribed antibiotics for treatment.
This time, I got really scared and decided to finish exhausting myself with physical work – instead, I immersed myself in the philosophical sphere: I sat at the computer for half a day every day, wrote, created texts and was nervous about 33-year-old problems that took away ̇ 50%. my energy. After a few weeks of such intense, sedentary “creative activity”, I also felt pain in the lower part of my stomach”, remembers Mr. Jonas.
He consulted a doctor to determine the exact cause of the pain and, having heard of the link between inactivity, poor diet and stress to prostate disease, asked for a referral to a urologist. He ordered a biopsy to see if Mr. Jonas had prostate cancer.
Acquaintance that solved health problems
While he was waiting for his turn for the biopsy examination, Mr. Jonas unexpectedly found an article in which complementary and alternative medicine therapist Vytenis Sinkevičius shared his experience and gave advice on how to avoid diseases. Looking for innovations and ways to help ensure good health, Mr. Jonas came for a consultation with a specialist.
“I told the therapist about what I had experienced before visiting him and that I was waiting for the biopsy test. He encouraged me by saying that after the test I would get accurate results and feel more at ease with the answer. He also advised me not to sit on my hands and, while I’m waiting for the biopsy, to do a cellular blood test that allows me to determine the ratio of metabolism, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, on which the development of chronic diseases depends, and to take care of the internal cleanliness of the body – to do a body cleansing , which reduces inflammatory reactions and helps to eliminate toxins accumulated in the intestines”, Mr. Jonas continues his story.
On the advice of an alternative medicine therapist, Mr. Jonas was engaged in cleansing the body for 4 months – the amount of time that was scheduled before the biopsy examination. Along with cleansing the body, he also used nutritional active ingredients to stimulate, restore and balance the body, recommended by a specialist based on the results of blood tests. Mr. Jonas also had to exercise more, manage his stress, quit smoking and drinking alcohol, and follow an anti-inflammatory diet – cutting out processed foods, sweets, floury foods, spicy and smoked meats.
Finally, after cleansing the body and using natural active ingredients to support and restore it, Mr. John’s pain from the solar plexus down stopped. Another good news came to Mr. John after the biopsy – it turned out that he does not have prostate cancer.
“Prior to cleansing and using active natural ingredients, Mr. John’s test results showed developing inflammation in his body and his prostate specific antigen (PSA) reading was 4.81 against a normal of 4.10. After cleaning and using the appropriate substances, the tests revealed that there is no more inflammation, and the PSA indicator is 3.833”, says V. Sinkevičius, representative of the ZINZINO community, which promotes individual nutrition and preventive health.
Invites you to take care of your health
Having forgotten his health problems, Mr. Jonas urges him to solve the ailments he feels and cherish life.
“If you feel bad today and are bothered by health problems, don’t give up, be interested in new things and don’t hesitate to see your family doctor – don’t wait for the aggravation or progression of your ailments to live with the consequences afterwards. Protect yourself and take care of your health. Help each other and enjoy life because it is very short.”
