Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez announced his team’s roster in preparation for facing Real Mallorca, today, Friday, at the opening of the 28th round of the Spanish League.
Barca’s list witnesses many absences amid a series of injuries suffered by the Catalan team. Gavi, Balde, Alonso, Ferran Torres, De Jong and Pedri are all absent due to injury, and Araujo is suspended.
The coach decided to include Unai Hernandez in the team roster. To address the shortage that Barca suffers from in midfield, in addition to Senegalese centre-back Michael Faye.
