7 out of 10 office workers “exercise regularly”

It was found that 7 out of 10 office workers exercise regularly.

As a result of Incruit’s survey of 1,020 office workers on the 27th, 73.5% of respondents answered that they ‘exercise regularly.’

Among the reasons for exercising, the most common reason was for self-management (39.5%). This is followed by ▲To develop physical strength (33.7%) ▲For diet (19.6%) ▲Because exercising is fun (5.6%) ▲Others (1.6%).

By age, those in their 30s had the highest proportion of respondents saying they exercised regularly at 77.6%. This was followed by those in their 20s (74.1%), those in their 50s or older (73.9%), and those in their 40s (68.2%). In terms of gender, the proportions of men (73.9%) and women (73.1%) were similar.

Popular exercises among office workers include ▲fitness (30.9%), ▲walking (21.6%), and ▲running (12.0%) in third place.

The most common exercise cycle was ‘3-4 times a week’ (50.5%), ▲1-2 times a week (27.1%) ▲5-6 times a week (14.8%) ▲7 times a week (5.3%) ▲Irregular ( 2.3%) followed. In addition, the time invested in exercise was ▲30 minutes to 1 hour (45.2%) ▲1 to 2 hours (42.9%), and the most common time for exercise was ▲evening after work (76.4%).

On the other hand, 26.5% of office workers who responded that they do not exercise regularly cited the following reasons: ▲not having time to exercise (53.3%) ▲and ▲disliking exercise (26.3%).

This survey was conducted from September 23rd to 24th and has a 95% confidence level and a margin of sampling error of ±3.01%.
