Kudos to the Chief Club Secretary Durai Vaiko..!

Dravida Movement leader Vaiko, general secretary of the association, has made the public life proud by creating historic achievements in his 56 years of pure public life.

Let’s participate in the Internet..!

Social media is becoming an essential tool for expressing today’s political presence and bringing the activities of the movement to the public. The meeting has urged the student union organizations that the state, district, union, city and bar association administrators of the student union and the students who love the union should support the website work of these officials.

Resolution No. 3:

The post of governor should be abolished..!

Governors appointed by the central government tend to dominate the state governments elected by the people as per their wish and the governors who are supposed to act as the state governments want to behave excessively in their actions must be observed as an act that undermines the federal philosophy and unity in diversity. Therefore, considering the unity of the country, this meeting has urged the central government and all the parties to bring about through the constitutional amendment that the responsibilities of the state governors, who think of the state governments elected by the people as a pinch, are not needed.

Resolution No. 4:

Let’s hold public meetings on the Day of Valoration of Language War Martyrs!

We have a tradition of organizing Language War Martyrs Valoration Day public meeting on behalf of the association’s student body every year for the language war martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their mother tongue Tamil in the raging language struggle. On coming January 25, as always, the organization has urged the students to conduct the language war martyrs’ general meetings in all the districts with speakers announced by the leadership.

Resolution No. 6:

Follow reservation in central government educational institutes properly!

The meeting strongly condemns the non-filling of seats for Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes in central government educational institutions. This meeting has insisted that the central government should follow the reservation policy on the basis of social justice and provide them with due opportunity.

Resolution No. 7:

Let’s subscribe to Sangoli..!

The association’s weekly magazine ‘Sangoli’ is the repository of opinion and policy slogan of the Dravidian movement, carrying the association’s messages, and is being published every week. Therefore, the work of adding subscription to Sangoli is also necessary. On behalf of the student body, we are presenting the action plan of adding subscription to Sangoli through this meeting. In all the 63 districts of the organization, the student team members are actively engaged in the process of collecting subscriptions for Sangoli and insisting that the work of collecting subscriptions for Sangoli should be completed on February 15.
