Windows Terminal is a great addition to Windows 10 and Windows 11, bringing a number of improvements over older Windows console hosts. Here are the best ways to open Windows Terminal in Windows 11:
From the start menu
Windows Terminal can be launched from the Start menu like any other application.[スタート]button or press the Windows key, type Terminal in the search box, and[開く]Click.

From the superuser list
The Power User menu is probably the least used menu in Windows. You can access most of the basic tools you need, including Windows Terminal.

This means that you cannot open regular PowerShell tabs and administrative PowerShell tabs in the same terminal window without third-party modifications. Microsoft developers have confirmed that they made this choice on purpose for security reasons and have no intention of changing their mind.
The second best thing is to run another terminal with admin privileges. You can do this from within the PowerShell tab of your existing terminal.
Enter the command start-process wt -Verb RunAs Click enter. A new terminal window will open immediately with elevated administrator privileges.
