Mirpur: The second and final Test between India and Bangladesh is underway in Mirpur.
Batting first, Bangladesh scored 227 runs in 73.5 overs and lost all wickets.
Next, India, who started the first innings, were 19 runs without losing a wicket at the end of the first day’s play. The second day saw Pujara and Virat Kohli dismissed for 24 runs each. Rishabh Pant was dismissed for 93 runs and Shreyas Iyer for 87 runs.
At the end of the second day, India scored 301 runs for 8 wickets.
In this case, when Pujara scored his 12th run yesterday, he overtook Bradman among the players who have crossed 7,000 runs in the Test arena.
Bradman scored 6,996 runs. It is also noteworthy that Pujara is the seventh Indian player to cross 7,000 runs.
