The Board of Directors of 73 companies listed in the capital market have announced the dates of the business meetings for the 6 months or half-yearly quarter (January-June, 2024) and the second quarter (April-June, 2024) of the current year.
On Monday (July 29), Tuesday (July 30) and Wednesday (July 31), the board meetings of the companies will be held. This information is known from Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to the information, the board of directors meeting will approve the business position of the companies for the half-yearly quarter and the second quarter of the current financial year. At the same time it will be disclosed to the stakeholders.
Among the companies – 29 July BD Finance, Paramount Insurance, Northern Insurance, Pragati Insurance, Federal Insurance, Rupali Insurance, Exim Bank, Heidelberg Cement, Social Islami Bank, Linde BD, IFIC Bank, BRAC Bank, Global Islami Bank, ICB Islamic Bank, Meghna Life Insurance, Jamuna Bank, Popular Life, Pubali Bank, Ravi Aziater, Reliance Insurance and Dutch-Bangla Bank will hold board meetings in this regard.
30 July Southeast Bank, Union Capital, Midland Bank, Union Bank, Marico, Unilever, Takaful Insurance, Islami Commercial Insurance, Pravati Insurance, Bata Su, GreenDelta Insurance, United Insurance, Premier Bank, Prime Bank, Express Insurance, Meghna Insurance, People’s Insurance, Bay Leasing, Islami Bank, National Bank, RAK Ceramic, Phoenix Finance, First Finance, Islami Insurance, Purvi General Insurance, Islamic Finance, Pragati Life Insurance, Agrani Insurance, Thanthi Insurance, Al-Arafah Bank, Southeast Bank, UCB & The board meeting of NCC Bank will be held in this regard.
