Plamen Dimitrov, president of KNSB, shared his opinion about the new old service cabinet, expressing that it is possible to formulate a general assessment of his work. He emphasized that 770 thousand Bulgarians still receive a salary below the average, which is a fact confirmed by official data, although the average salary exceeds 1000-1100 euros.
He stressed that many important topics remain unresolved, with the emphasis falling on the minimum wage directive. However, in other areas the necessary measures have been taken to maintain the systems.
Dimitrov expressed the opinion that determining the budget for 2025 will be a difficult task for the caretaker government and will be a test of their effectiveness. According to him, the minimum wage will reach BGN 1,077, which is the result of the implementation of the legislation approved more than a year ago, and not of an active policy. He added that this amount is not enough to provide the necessary means for the existence of Bulgarians.
He also emphasized that the minimum wage will be set on January 1 and this will give an impetus to increase incomes, writes Nova.
