Chennai: AIADMK ex-minister Rajendra Balaji has been questioned in a Rs 3 crore fraud case.

Former minister Rajendra Balaji was arrested on January 5 for allegedly defrauding the government of Rs 3 crore by claiming to be employed in the Avin and government departments.

The Supreme Court has granted him conditional bail. Following this, KD was lodged in the Trichy Central Jail. Rajendra Balaji was released from jail on January 13.
