Walter Arthman, who started his career as a shop-level employee at a clothing company in Brusque, Brazil, gradually progressed to become a sales manager. Walter, who has been working with the same enthusiasm for over a hundred years, says he can definitely stay in the same company if he loves the job. Walter, who says it’s important to focus on health as well as work with dedication, can often avoid eating foods high in salt and sugar that are unhealthy. Besides, there is nothing wrong with engaging in daily exercise.
