After the Ministry of Climate Action and Rural Agenda was alerted this Friday of a case of bird flu in a Arbeca farm (Els Garrigues Lleida), 87,000 birds have been slaughtered in Catalonia, according to figures from the general director of Agriculture and Livestock of the Generalitat, Elisenda Guillaumes. Faced with the detection of the case, Climate Action has taken the measure of slaughter all farm birds what is in a radius of three kilometers and limit up to 10 kilometers the movement of birds.
