8th edition of Imbonerakure Day.

The 8th edition of Imbonerakure Day drew attention to the commitment of young people to Burundi which is undergoing a complete transformation.

Bujumbura, 31/08/2024. In line with the domestic politics of Burundi and the dynamics of political parties, the 8th edition of Imbonerakure Day held at the Cercle Hippique de Bujumbura. The event brought together many participants, including The Honorable Ndikurio Réverien, Secretary General of the CNDD-FDDas well as members of young African all-African international delegations.
HE Ndayishimiye Evariste, Major General and President of Burundi, part price, as long as President of the Council of Elders of the CNDD-FDDat this celebration with his wife, HE Ndayubaha Angéline, First Lady of Burundi. Under the theme “ Undoubtedly, your role is extremely important in the development of a successful Burundi », the day emphasized the vital role of young CNDD-FDD activists.
Hundreds of thousands of young Imbonerakure, from all over the country, attended this event.
During his speech, the President of the Council of Elders of the CNDD-FDD declared: “Imbonerakure, you can! Come, let’s build our Burundi together, especially during this election period… “. He emphasized the importance of including young people in political life and congratulated them for their participation in government policies aimed at promoting economic and social progress.
