He was drunk, but it wasn’t the first time he pulled out a weapon in public

A 61-year-old resident of Assenov will spend 9 days in a structural unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after he pulled out a gas pistol in broad daylight and threatened to shoot. This happened around 1:00 p.m. on August 15 of this year near the bakery in the parking lot of a food hypermarket. The weapon had been purchased earlier that day with regular documents. The man treated himself and, going to the store, he was carrying another cartridge of alcohol. Approaching the dune pavilion, he drew his pistol and asked those present if they wanted him to shoot. One of them asked him if he remembered what happened the last time he drew a weapon in public, and the man with the gun explained that he had been rubbing pomegranates for ten days and eating kebabs. A second warning to put the gun away followed, then one of the witnesses managed to take it from him by stalking him in the back. After that, a police report was filed. When he tried to be tested for alcohol at the police station, the dragger could not report anything because the amount taken was very large. After 7 hours in detention, the device showed 1.4 per million in exhaled air.

An act was drawn up for the offender to establish the
a manifestation of petty hooliganism and he was brought before the District Court in Asenovgrad, before which he insisted on being fined. Since it was not the first time that he brandished a weapon and he had already been fined, but this did not lead to any result, he was punished with detention in a police unit. Separately, the man is unemployed and receives social assistance of only BGN 245, which makes the possible fine uncollectable.

The man lives alone after the death of his mother, graduated in theology, but has never worked as a clergyman.
