9 funds of ICB AMCL will not pay dividends

The committee of trustees of the funds has decided on the dividend of 9 mutual funds managed by ICB Asset Management Company Limited (ICB AMCL) listed in the capital market. The Committee of Trustees of the Funds has decided not to pay any dividend to the unit holders for the financial year ending June 30, 2024.

On Sunday (August 11), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE) sources. Earlier, this decision was taken in the trustee committee meeting of the funds held last Thursday.

The decision regarding dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 in the Trustee Committee meeting.

Funds managed by ICB Asset Management Company are- ICB Employees Provident MF One, ICB AMCL Sonali Bank Mutual Fund, ICB AMCL Agrani Bank Mutual Fund, Capitec Grameen Bank Growth Fund, Prime Bank First ICB AMCL Mutual Fund, Phoenix Finance First Mutual Fund, ICB Third AMCL NRB Mutual Fund, IFIL Islamic Mutual Fund and ICB AMCL Second Mutual Fund.
