Abhishek Mane of Pune always wanted to live an eco-friendly life and save nature from harm through his small and big efforts. One day he single-handedly decided to bring about a big change and after ten years of research, he adopted the path of solar energy. He was the first to install solar panels on the roof of his house and start running household appliances with about 2.5 kilowatts of solar energy. Today these solar panels generate ten kilowatts of electricity, with which Abhishek even charges his electric car. Abhishek also charges his electric car with solar energy.
Abhishek Mane has implemented eco-friendly methods like rain water harvesting, composting, apart from solar energy at home to live an eco-friendly life without harming nature! This not only reduced their electricity bill but also changed their life a lot. He is living a country life despite living in the city.
Besides, since 2015, he is also running his own solar panel company named ‘Diva Solar Power Solution’ along with his sister Deepali. Through this, he has so far installed solar panels at more than 600 places. And thus electricity consumption has been reduced significantly.
Today Abhishek completely adopts a sustainable lifestyle and is inspiring others to do the same.
