The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces since the beginning of this year has risen to 94, including 17 children and a woman.

On Monday, two Palestinians were killed and others were injured during an operation by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

And the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, “Two citizens died of their wounds, as the Israeli occupation forces shot them, during their raid into the city of Nablus,” noting that the two dead were Muhammad Junaidi Abu Bakr and Muhammad Nasser Saeed al-Hallaq.

Large forces of the Israeli army stormed the city of Nablus at dawn, and two young men were seriously injured, during clashes with those forces, according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa).

And it quoted the director of ambulance and emergency at the Red Crescent in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, as saying that “the crews transferred two very serious injuries to the Rafidia Governmental and Nablus Specialized Hospitals, and they were later declared dead.”

And the Israeli army announced in a statement that its forces, the Border Police forces and the General Security Service carried out, on Monday morning, “preemptive and preventive operations in the city of Nablus based on accurate intelligence information,” adding that “two people suspected of helping the perpetrator of the shooting attack in the town of Hawara were arrested in March 25th.”
