YES – Young Entrepreneurs School, a mentoring organization for young entrepreneurs, conducts a large-scale seminar in Madurai every year. This year’s ‘YESCON 2023’ conference was held under the theme “Know a Thousand”. Entrepreneurs and industrialists who are members of ‘Yes’ organization from all over Tamil Nadu participated and shared their experiences.
The first speaker in this seminar was the Chairman and Managing Director of Emerald Jewelery Group, K. Srinivasan, “The most important thing for a good entrepreneur is good health and mental state. These two will clear the mindset for a successful career and lead you on the path to success.
Rather than living as “we were born, we lived, we died”, I think that we should live as “we were born, we lived, we achieved, we died” and I am traveling towards it. I will definitely reach my goal.
I have almost 40-50 professionals in my life who I call mentor. Day did not grow this big as a single person. I have an army behind me. Further. It is important to choose the right advice and the right experts. We should think and implement their advice rather than taking it for granted. “It is important that we take advice and take the right decisions,” he said.
