“Sirithu Vavha Prava” will be re-released on MGR’s birthday.

Makkal Thilakam MGR played dual roles in the last 1974 film Ishtu Vavha. Directed by SS Balan, the film starred Latha opposite MGR. MN Nambiar, Manohar, Tenkai Srinivasan, Isarivelan, SV Ramadoss, VS Raghavan, L. Kanjana and many others acted.
The songs of the film have been written by Wali and Bulamai Pithan and composed by melody king MS Viswanathan. Sheikh Salamath and DM Soundararajan sang the song that starts with ‘Ulagam Ennum…’. The film also featured the songs ‘Ennathil Nalamilda..’ and ‘One Solwan Nandre Seyawan, Ponmanach Chemmalai Phunpadathu Yaro.’ Now this film has been converted into digital format with modern technology. This new version will be released on 17th January which is MGR’s birthday.
