According to the new ranking, Argentina is second and France is third. Belgium, who were eliminated in the first round, dropped from second place to fourth place. England is fifth. The Netherlands fell to sixth place.
Croatia, who returned from Qatar with third place, is seventh. Spain dropped three places to 10th. Morocco, who staged a series of coups, rose to 12th place.
