In a one-sided match, Toulon won 21-3 against Lyon, thanks in particular to a double from Wainiqolo and his fiery legs (6e28e) but also Biggar’s first Top 14 points. The Toulonnais pass in front of their evening opponents to settle in 5th place, while Lyon remain in 6th place, before the other meetings of this 13e daytime.
A perfectly logical Toulon victory. They are the ones who set the pace and intensity, especially in the first period, whether offensively or defensively. The Lyonnais, as usual, quickly conceded a try on a good shift from the locals to Wainiqolo (7th, 5-0) before even scoring a double (27th, 18-3).
