and the Avisror Moshe and Sons company, will vacate the 159 units that exist in the complex, and in their place will be built approximately 975 units in new residential buildings, alongside commercial, employment and leisure areas, with a total amount of over one billion shekels.

As part of the project, the Avisror and Oron Real Estate companies will also be involved in upgrading the road system as well as the development of the ‘Seattle Garden’ which stands in the heart of the complex and borders Reger Blvd.

The companies Oron Real Estate and Avisror have been operating in the city of Be’er Sheva for many years and together they have built thousands of housing units in the city. Until now, the companies have operated separately in the city, and the project in the Seattle complex is a first and interesting collaboration between the two large companies.

Oron Real Estate Company and Avisror Company reported: “Beer Sheva has long since become an integral part of the activity landscape of the two companies and we are proud and happy about the renewal of the Seattle Ringlebloom complex that we will jointly promote. We believe that the cooperation of 2 large companies that know the Beer Sheva market well will be a significant advantage for the advancement of the project and certainly a great advantage for the residents of the complex We welcome the merger between the companies and wish for a fruitful and blessed cooperation.”

The project will contribute to the upgrading and renewal of the developing building along Reger Ave. in combination with a commercial facade.
