After two years (2020-2021) of Covid, border closures and tourist industries in Morocco and Tunisia, these two countries in the region attract 13 and 9 million travelers respectively in a normal year. North Africa hoped to breathe, start again as before, ignore this pandemic calamity and perk up its economies. The war unleashed in Ukraine by Russia will have decided otherwise.
