Social media is currently the talk of the town after a staff member who allegedly was present during the post-mortem of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
In an interview to news agency ANI, Rup Kumar Shah, who claims to be a mortuary employee at Cooper Hospital, said, “When I saw Sushant Singh Rajput’s body, it (to me) did not look like suicide. There were injuries on his body. I spoke to my senior. But he said we will discuss it later.
It is the doctor’s job to decide what to write in the physical examination report. Sushant should get justice. Anyone can tell by looking at his photo that he was murdered. Even if the investigating agencies call me, I will tell them this too,” said the employee.

Sushant, who first started his journey in the film industry as a dancer, made his debut as a hero with the film ‘Kai Bo Se’ and became popular across India with the film ‘MS Dhoni’.
Sushant passed away on the fourteenth of June, 2020, shortly after starting the successful journey of his screen career.
An autopsy was conducted at the Cooper Hospital in Mumbai. Accordingly, it was said that Sushant’s death was suicide and there was no evidence of murder.
On 25 July 2020, Sushant’s family in Patna filed a First Information Report (FIC) in this regard to report that they were suspicious of his death.
A few days later, in August, the Supreme Court allowed the CBI to investigate the case.
When the CBI probe began, a seven-member AIIMS team led by Dr Sudhir Gupta re-evaluated Sushant’s autopsy.

But in the end Sushant’s death was said to be suicide. “There were no injuries on the body apart from hanging. There were no signs of struggle on the body and clothes of the deceased,” Sudhir Gupta said.
The CBI probe also interrogated Cooper Hospital doctors who conducted the autopsy. Following the report of the AIIMS medical team, there were reports that the CBI had closed its investigation into the case.
However, on October 15, 2020, CBI spokesperson R.K. “The investigation into Rajput’s death is ongoing. There have been some speculations in the media that the CBI has reached a conclusion. It can be reiterated that these reports are speculative and erroneous,” Keller said.
While the case has not been talked about much recently, these new comments from a Cooper Hospital employee have brought the issue back into the spotlight.
Sushant’s death is still an ongoing story even after two years, and the series of questions and investigations surrounding it.
