The Christmas cycle in England continued tonight (Tuesday) with two games, when Manchester United easily defeated Nottingham Forest 0:3, and even before that, Chelsea stopped the losing streak thanks to Bournemouth 0:2.

The Red Devils returned from the break with a victory that establishes them in fifth place, a point less and a game less than fourth-placed Tottenham, while Steve Cooper’s players remain in 19th place and last, a point off the coast of safety, and next week Chelsea awaits them.
