In Kuwait, the colors of traffic patrol vehicles will change from January 1. New traffic vehicles are launched with the best technology systems in the world. This was informed by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The current blue with green color has been changed to yellow. Around 300 traffic patrol vehicles will be released in the first phase. With this, the people of the country will be able to identify the vehicles of the traffic department and request help in emergency situations, said Major General Yusuf Al Khadda, director of the traffic department.
Yusuf Al Khadda said that vehicles equipped with cameras equipped with sophisticated technical systems to detect illegally parked vehicles will also be put on the road nearby and once such systems are in place, it will be possible to directly upload traffic law violations on the websites of the Department of Transportation. At present, more than 500 patrol vehicles are operating in the country.
