“We believe that the life of our client is still in danger due to the fact that all these people are loose on the street. We propose to the judge things that seem obvious and elementary to us, but the judge decides what he thinks. We will see if we will appeal”affirmed Ubeira in statements to radio AM 530.
In this way, he referred to the request made before the magistrate claiming that the leaders of the Federal Revolution, the preparation of reports and the search at the home of the neighbor of the former president Ximena Tezanos Pintos and other measures be detained again.
“We believe that there is a framework of evidence and circumstances that warrant the arrests and fundamentally the summons and search of the neighbor of Cristina Kirchner’s upper floor,” said the lawyer.
