The devotee walked through the heavy snow to immerse himself in the mikvah

The cyclone bomb in the United States caused dozens of deaths – about half of them in the city of Buffalo, which suffered the storm particularly hard. This did not prevent a young man from going out into the severe frost.

The young man from Yishi Levkovsky, son of Rabbi Chaim Eliezer Levkovsky, the local Chabad emissary, Rabbi Vedayan, walked a distance of kilometers, while basking in the snow that reached a height of several meters, to immerse himself in the mikveh of purity before studying and praying.

He had to walk the whole way, due to the instructions of the local authorities that prohibited traveling in vehicles, after many got stuck – and even died inside the vehicles.

His brother recorded the walk in the snow using a drone. Moishi and his brother also walked to the mikvah and synagogue last Saturday during the storm.
