INVI credit in CDMX in 2023: how to obtain it?

Requirements:

  • be an inhabitant of Mexico City
  • Be a physical person older than 18 years old
  • Not to be homeowner in Mexico City
  • Have an income up to 5 times the minimum daily wage (VSMD) or family of up to 8 VSMD. When there is only one income, it will be considered family
  • Have a maximum age 64 years. In case of exceeding this age limit, the figure of joint debtor must be used

Requirements must be demonstrated through a socioeconomic study that can be carried out by the Invi or a qualified third party designated by the Institute. The result of the study will determine if the applicant is subject to financing by the Invi.

Once the above is fulfilled, the documentation required for the integration of the individual credit file and application of the Unique Information Card for the Joint Housing Programthe original and a copy must be attached:

  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage certificate in case of being married
  • official identification
  • Proof of income of the owner and of the spouse or common-law spouse or co-accredited party, or income declaration letter
  • Certificate of non-ownership of the owner issued by the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of the Federal District
  • Medical certificate issued by public health institutions, in the case of people with disabilities
  • Proof of address
  • Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)
  • Assignment of parking space, if applicable
  • Socio-economic study

Important. The program gives priority to low-income residents, in vulnerable conditions (indigenous people, older adults, single mothers, women heads of households, and people with disabilities) or who live in high-risk sites, as well as populations settled in camps. or in real estate with patrimonial value.
