India’s Sindhu advanced to the semifinals of the Indonesian Open Super 1000 Badminton Championships in the women’s singles. Sindhu defeated South Korea’s Sim Yuj in a three – game battle.
After losing the first game, Sindhu was back in games two and three. The match lasted one hour and six minutes. The score was 14-21, 21-19, 21-14.
