YouTube star TDF was in Chennai to attend the movie premiere. The luxury car in which Vasan was traveling was seized by the police.
The preview of the movie ‘College Road’ was screened today at 10.30 am at Kamala Theater in Vadapalani, Chennai. To promote the film, the crew has roped in YouTube celebrity TDF Vasan. Because of this, Kamala came to the theater at 11.30 am in a luxury car, TDF Vasan SUV. At that time, there was no registration number in the car that came to DTF Vasan. Seeing this, the Vadapalani traffic police seized the car in which TDF Vasan was traveling and conducted an investigation.
Investigation revealed that the car in which DDF Vasan arrived was driven by his friend Praveen Kumar (23) and that the car belonged to Hemachandran (26) from Karnataka, the son of Praveen Kumar’s great-grandfather. In the investigation conducted by the police, it was revealed that this luxury vehicle was purchased in July 2022 and TDF Vasan and his friend Praveen have been using this vehicle for the past three months without affixing the registration number.
After this, the Vadapalani traffic police seized the car which was traveling in TDF Vasan as the registration number was not driven. He then left for Chennai Vadapalani Kamala theater in another vehicle. Also, the police said that since the car is a newly purchased car, even though it does not have a number plate, it should have a for registration sign, and if it is not there, a fine of Rs 500 will be imposed and the vehicle will be impounded.
