British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, in his first speech of the New Year, made five promises to the British people.

Rishi’s five promises were to halve inflation, grow the economy, reduce the country’s debt burden, reduce patient waiting times in hospitals and curb the influx of migrants crossing the English Channel.

Rishi’s fifth promise was to curb illegal crossing of the English Channel into Britain.

Explaining about it, Rishi said that we are going to create new laws to stop people entering Britain through small boats.

“My fifth promise is to make sure that if you enter Britain illegally, you will be arrested and deported quickly,” Rishi said.
