A report was received at the police center about a stabbing incident in the city of Modi’in Illit. Police arrived at the scene and began investigating the incident.
From a preliminary investigation, it appears that following an argument that apparently broke out between two drivers on the road in the city of Modi’in Illit, the suspect got off the scooter, stabbed the complainant in the face lightly (according to medical officials) and fled the scene.
Additional police forces arrived at the scene and began extensive searches, and a short time ago the suspect was located by police detectives.
The 19-year-old suspect, a resident of Modi’in Illit, was arrested for questioning. The investigation continues.
