Insults of a sexist nature, sexual gestures and proposals, threats, car chases,… This is what can cost female drivers if, at the wheel, they have the audacity to overtake a motorist, to honk their horn when they commit an offense or quite simply…because they are on the road. On social networks, the testimonies of women reporting this road harassment are multiplying, proof that the trio of toxic masculinity, sexism and big car, is still relevant.
