Maccabi Tel Aviv has reached an agreement with P.C. Boaka from the Ivory Coast on his loan until the end of the season with an option to purchase the defender Abdullah Dow (18) who will join the club’s youth team, the yellows announced today (Friday) on the team’s official website.
Dow, impressed the professional staff of the youth academy during a one-month impression period at the club. Claudio Braga, the professional director of the youth department, told the official website: “Abdallah is a talented defensive player who left an excellent impression on the professional team when he trained with us during the last month.”
We all believe that Abdullah can develop within the academy and contribute a lot to the club. Joining the team in the middle of the season is not an easy thing, but I believe that all the relevant departments will help him acclimate quickly and contribute to his development.’
