Mexico City,

Mexico is one of the most drug-trafficking countries in the world. There are a lot of drug gangs out there. These gangs smuggle drugs from Mexico to many countries around the world.

Joaquín Guzmán Lora alias El Chapo is the leader of the largest drug trafficking gang operating in the Sinaloa province of Mexico. El Chapo, known as the world’s biggest drug lord, is currently in a US prison.

After El Chapo’s arrest, his eldest son, Ovidio Guzmán López, acted as the leader of his drug cartel. Nicknamed “The Mouse”, Mexican and US police have been searching for him for years. But he smuggled drugs to countries including the United States from Sinaloa province without being caught by the police.

In this situation, the Mexican police, who had been secretly monitoring Lopez’s activities for the past 6 months with the help of American authorities, surrounded and arrested him yesterday in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa province. He was immediately transferred to the country’s capital, Mexico City, and imprisoned.

Following López’s arrest, members of his drug-trafficking gang went on a rampage across Sinaloa province. They crawled on the roads with weapons including guns and blocked vehicles including buses and trucks and set them on fire.

In addition, they fired indiscriminately at the policemen and security forces who were engaged in security work. Heavy gunfights took place between the security forces and drug trafficking gangs at many places across the province. According to reports, 3 security personnel were killed and 18 others were seriously injured.

Meanwhile, drug smuggling gangs stormed the airport in Culiacan city and opened fire on a plane that was ready to take off with passengers. All the passengers inside the plane screamed in fear. They got off their seats and lay down.

However, the airport officials said that there was no harm to the passengers and the flight staff in this firing. Similarly, firing was also fired at the Air Force aircraft parked at the airport. Due to the ongoing violence, tension remains high throughout the province of Sinalao.
