Mohanlal inaugurated Janata Motion Pictures, a production company led by screenwriter S. Suresh Babu. Also six films have been announced.
Top senior directors, technicians and stars of Malayalam were present at the event to wish the people’s activities started by Suresh Babu along with expatriate businessman Unni Ravindran.
Along with Mohanlal, Sreebhadran, Blassy, Abrid Shine, B. Unnikrishnan, SN Swamy, M. Padmakumar Tarun Murthy, MMTV CEO and head of Mazhavil Manorama, Mr. PR Satish, Shahi Kabir, Krishand, Navya Nair, Gayatri Arun and others were present.
Screenwriter Suresh Babu directed Manohar and Janaki and Aribada along with films by Sri Bhadran, Tinu Pappachan, Tarun Murthy and Ratheesh K Rajan have been announced. Then a debate was organized to study contemporary Malayalam cinema in detail.
