Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India is on the path of progress in technology-centric development. He said this after a meeting with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
The Microsoft CEO is in India on a four-day visit. He has come to India and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During this meeting, Microsoft has promised to support India’s Digital India project.
Regarding the meeting with the Prime Minister, Satya Nadella said: This meeting with the Prime Minister was constructive. Government is doing well in inclusive economic development with focus on digital technology. It is inspiring to see such depth in digital technology and work so well in inclusive development. He said that we are ready to help fulfill the objective of India’s Digital India project in this development path.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a post on his Twitter page about the meeting. In that post, he said: I am very happy to meet you Satya Nadella. India is on the path of progress in technology-centric development. He posted that our Indian youth have many ideas within themselves that are capable of taking the world on the path of advancement in technology.
