IAS couple’s car crashes; Dr. V.Venu is seriously injured

Alappuzha: IAS couple injured in car collision with lorry in Kayamkulam. Home Department Additional Chief Secretary Dr. The official vehicle carrying V.Venu and his family met with an accident.

Venu’s nose and stomach were injured in the accident. There is internal bleeding. He was admitted to the intensive care unit of Parumala Hospital. Currently, his health condition is said to be satisfactory.

Venu’s wife and Principal Secretary in Local Self-Government Department Sharada Muralidharan was also in the car. Their son Sabari, driver Abhilash, family friends Pranav and Saurav were also injured in the accident.

Venu was going to Thiruvananthapuram from Kochi. The car collided with a lorry which was coming towards Ernakulam near Kotukulangara.
