Is the case good for the book? The English press wonders if the broken embargo on Harry’s Memoirs serves the interests of the book or, on the contrary, handicaps the launch. Because behind this pseudo-truth company, there are millions of dollars at stake for the Sussex couple.

The output of Substitute («Spare») had been the subject of a carefully elaborated public relations strategy, with three interviews given to British and American television, before the book went on sale on Tuesday 10 January. Spanish booksellers derailed the program. The leaks have been cascading since Thursday, ruining the great speech of the boss of the Labor opposition, Keir Starmer, who intended to set out his vision for taking power in 2024… All the British press, with the notable exception of the Financial Timesmade its headlines on the shameless revelations of the rebellious prince.
