The survey stated that Prince bin Salman, the heir to the Saudi throne, won the title, for the second year in a row.

He received 62.3% of the votes, representing almost 7.5 million voters, out of a little less than 12 million in total. The survey was conducted from December 15, until yesterday.
The one who came in second place in the poll voted by millions is the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, with a little less than three million votes in total. Egyptian President El-Sisi was elected in third place, with 24.8% of the total votes.
