The security personnel removed the young man who arrived with a garland in his hand. The security personnel took the young man into custody while he was trying to harass the Prime Minister. The security lapse occurred during the journey from the airport to the venue of the National Youth Festival. On his way to the venue, a young man ran towards Modi’s vehicle carrying a garland. He turned back after being stopped by security personnel. After this, the Prime Minister took the garland from his hand and threw it on top of the vehicle.
