Unexploded grenade on Ukrainian soldier’s chest; Surgically removed surgeons | grenade

An unexploded grenade was surgically removed from the chest of a Ukrainian soldier. The grenade, which had penetrated just below the heart, was removed by military surgeons in a very complicated operation.

“Our military doctors removed the unexploded VOG grenade from the soldier’s body,” the General Staff of the Ukrainian Army wrote on Facebook. The operation was performed without electrocoagulation due to the risk of grenade detonation.
