Pensions: what will change for civil servants

What principles guided you on the civil service component of the pension reform?

The reform will apply in the same way to the private sector as to the public sector: both the progressive decline in the age of opening of rights and the extension of the contribution period. We are also going to improve the existing system for civil servants by putting an end to certain injustices: for contract workers, to better take into account hardship and to better arrange the end of their careers.
